Pomodoro in 6 Steps

  1. Define task to be done
  2. Set Pomodoro timer
  3. Focus on task for 25 minutes
  4. Stop working when the timer rings
  5. Take a short rest for 5 minutes
  6. Take a long rest for 15 minutes every 4 Pomodoro cycles
